Advantage Rent-a-Car is one of eight major RAC operators to perform business operations from this new location. Homes & Son was selected in June of 2004 by the City of Phoenix for this notable CM @ Risk project. The 2.5 acre site includes a 6,000 sf service center along with 4 service bays, car wash, oil & lube center, and fueling station. The rental car garage has reserved 250 parking spaces for Advantage Rent-a-Car. |
