Design Build
The Homes & Son team assumes total, one-stop responsibility for design and construction. This gives the owner a single source of accountability from beginning to end. This method of delivering design and construction provides a creative environment promoting teamwork between the owner, architect and contractor.
CM at Risk
With the CM at Risk approach, the Construction Manager will assist and advise the client throughout pre-design, design, construction, the grand opening and beyond. Following design completion, Homes & Son prepares a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the owner, which will sustain throughout the total construction duration.
