Homes & Son was selected to provide general construction services for this
medical office building. Sitting on three acres at the northwest
corner of Reems & Mountain View Boulevard, the 39,900 sq ft two story shell
building will be the new home to five doctors of SMU Development.
The building materials include structural steel with metal framing, EIFS
exterior and a foam roof. Additional materials include marlite panels
on the walls with textured paint, SS handrail and 2 side by side elevators.
Homes & Son also completed the build out for the following practices
relocating to Grand Professional; Sun City West Medical Associates, Arizona
Center for Hematology & Oncology, and NW Urology. |
