The new 16,000 square foot Operations Building will be located directly south of the existing operations building. The facility will provide office space for approximately 34 Utility staff members as well as providing conference and training areas, laboratories, a plant control room, maintenance shops, and house a new computer server room for the plant process control and the Utilities Department SCADA system. Scope includes construction of new staff and visitor plant entrances, partial site landscaping, and site improvements consisting of new paved parking and access roadways. This project is currently under construction. |
