Homes & Son completed a third retail project for the Barclay Group on the SEC of Stapley & McKellips in Mesa in September 2006. This 21,000 square foot retail project consisted of a demolition of the garden center on the North end of Fry’s Grocery Store. An additional 7,000 sf of retail shops were added. To the west of the site a new ground up shell building was constructed.
