Homes & Son was selected to provide general construction services for this medical, office, and retail project at 67th Avenue and Thunderbird Road in Peoria.

This 10-acre site was designed for six buildings of mixed-use development.  Phase 2 consisting of all site development and 4 buildings were completed in January 2007.  The three 35,551sf shell buildings are intended for medical and retail shops use.  The shell buildings were constructed out of EIFS over wood framing, metal roof and wall panel systems.  Architectural steel design elements were added along with stone veneers.

The landscaping on site goes far beyond the typical desert design.  At the entry of the property on Thunderbird Road is Common Plaza, compromised of three separate designated seating areas with nine-foot custom designed waterfalls at each settings.  Throughout the site are three lush desert retention areas filled with desert trees and plants.
