Homes & Son Contractors was selected for this 10,800 square foot medical office building and 3,093 square feet are reserved for a future ambulatory surgery center. Principals Dr. Warren Hill and Dr. Neal Nirenberg will relocate their East Valley Ophthalmology practice to the new site. The project architect was Deardorf Pang & Weymiller, of Scottsdale, Arizona.
The primary building materials are framed drywall, with an EIFS skin, built-up roofing, and masonry accents. The floor plan accommodates 11 patient exam rooms, 4 offices, meeting room, billing center, kitchen, lab, and testing rooms. This medical facility was completed on time and under budget.
