The selection of Homes & Son for this project was a direct result of our performance on its "sister" project, Ahwatukee Medical Center and the synergy created between the Owner, Architect, and Homes & Son. Homes & Son provided pre-construction and construction services to the partners of Greenfield Medical Center. Homes & Son identified long lead items, alternative materials, methods, and systems as well as provided recommendations on cost containment options. This facility consists of a multiple building office shell along with tenant improvement projects throughout. The facility consists of over 47,000 square feet of full site developments and features magnificent architectural finishes. |
